Sekjen Kemhan Letjen TNI Tri Budi Utomo, mewakili Menteri Pertahanan , memimpin upacara penetapan Komponen Cadangan (Komcad) bagi PNS dan PPPK di lingkungan Kemhan serta TNI Angkatan Darat Tahun 2025, di Lapangan Wira Yudha Pusdikzi, Bogor, pada Jumat (28/2).
Dalam upacara ini, sebanyak 287 pegawai dari Kemhan dan 500 personel dari TNI AD resmi ditetapkan sebagai bagian dari Komcad, yang siap menjadi garda terdepan dalam menjaga pertahanan negara.
Dalam amanat Menhan Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin yang dibacakan oleh Sekjen Kemhan, Menhan mengingatkan bahwa ancaman terhadap negara kini semakin kompleks, tidak hanya berupa ancaman militer, tetapi juga ancaman siber, ekonomi, dan propaganda. Oleh karena itu, Komponen Cadangan hadir sebagai kekuatan yang selalu siap siaga dalam menghadapi berbagai tantangan.
“Setiap anggota Komponen Cadangan adalah representasi bangsa yang siap membela negara dengan segenap jiwa dan raga. Tunjukkan kepada dunia bahwa Indonesia adalah negara yang kuat dan berdaulat,” tegas Menhan.

The Secretary General of Ministry of Defence, Lieutenant General TNI Tri Budi Utomo, representing the Minister of Defence, presided over the inauguration ceremony of the Reserve Component (Komcad) for Civil Servants (PNS) and Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) within the Ministry of Defence and the Indonesian Army (TNI AD) for the year 2025, at the Wira Yudha Field of the Zeni Education Centre (Pusdikzi), in Bogor, on Friday (Feb 28) . In this ceremony, 287 personnel from the Ministry of Defence and 500 personnel from the Indonesian Army were officially designated as part of the Reserve Component, ready to serve as the frontline in safeguarding national defence.
In the address of Minister of Defence Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin, delivered by the Secretary General of the Ministry of Defence, the Minister reminded that modern threats to the nation are becoming increasingly complex, extending beyond conventional military threats to include cyber, economic, and propaganda challenges. Therefore, the Reserve Component stands as a force that remains ever-ready to confront these evolving threats.
“Each member of the Reserve Component is a representative of the nation, prepared to defend the country with their utmost dedication and sacrifice. Let the world witness that Indonesia is a strong and sovereign nation,” affirmed the Minister.
