Setelah secara resmi membuka Indo Defence 2025 Expo & Forum di JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta, Rabu (11/6). Presiden Republik Indonesia Prabowo Subianto meninjau sejumlah stan pameran industri pertahanan, didampingi Menteri Pertahanan RI Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin .
Kunjungan ini mencakup paviliun negara-negara mitra strategis, seperti Rosoboronexport (Rusia), Turkish Aerospace (Türkiye), United Arab Emirates Pavilion, China North Industries Corporation (Norinco), Krauss-Maffei Wegmann dan Nexter Defense Systems (KNDS) dari Eropa. Presiden juga melintasi stan Dassault Aviation-Rafale dan Boeing (Amerika Serikat), serta meninjau langsung industri pertahanan nasional.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Presiden turut menyaksikan penandatanganan Nota Kesepahaman antara Menteri Pertahanan RI dan Presiden Lembaga Industri Pertahanan Turki (SSB), Prof. Haluk Gorgun, mengenai kerja sama strategis dalam bidang teknologi dan pengadaan industri pertahanan.
Following the official opening of the Indo Defence 2025 Expo & Forum at JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta, on Wednesday (11 June), President of the Republic of Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto, inspected several defence industry booths, accompanied by Minister of Defence, Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin.
The visit included pavilions of strategic partner countries such as Rosoboronexport (Russia), Turkish Aerospace (Türkiye), United Arab Emirates Pavilion, China North Industries Corporation (Norinco), as well as European defence companies Krauss-Maffei Wegmann and Nexter Defense Systems (KNDS). The President also passed by the stands of Dassault Aviation–Rafale and Boeing (United States), and observed the national defence industry firsthand.
On this occasion, the President witnessed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Indonesian Minister of Defence and the President of Türkiye’s Defence Industry Agency (SSB), Prof. Haluk Gorgun, on strategic cooperation in defence technology and procurement.
