Menteri Pertahanan Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin melakukan kunjungan kerja ke PT Len Industri (Persero) di Bandung, pada Kamis (27/3).
Kunjungan ini bertujuan untuk meninjau peran strategis PT Len Industri – Persero sebagai induk Holding DEFEND ID dalam memperkuat kemandirian industri pertahanan nasional.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Menhan Sjafrie menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi, inovasi teknologi, dan semangat nasionalisme dalam membangun kekuatan pertahanan yang tidak hanya mendukung TNI, tetapi juga mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional.
PT Len Industri memamerkan berbagai proyek unggulan, termasuk sistem komunikasi militer, radar, serta becak listrik ramah lingkungan yang terintegrasi dengan platform digital SosioEmpowering.
Defence Minister Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin paid a working visit to PT Len Industri (Persero) in Bandung on Thursday (March 27).
The visit aimed to assess the strategic role of PT Len Industri as the parent company of DEFEND ID Holding in strengthening the independence of the national defence industry.
During the visit, Minister Sjafrie emphasized the importance of collaboration, technological innovation, and national pride in building a defence capability that not only supports the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) but also drives national economic growth.
PT Len Industri showcased several flagship projects, including military communication systems, radar, and environmentally friendly electric rickshaws integrated with the SosioEmpowering digital platform.
